How do I calm down!!? Middle school tennis tryouts in 2 weeks!?

I will be going in 6th grade (middle school for us) and I have been playing tennis for 4 years and I think I am pretty good so im not worried about that. But im really scared and nervous for the tryouts, I have been practicing 2 or 3 times a week this whole summer and If I dont make the team I WILL GO HOME AND BE EMO (lol).

i was out side getting a hose from my back yard, and my boyfriend was building a dog house for my dogs..well i was wearing crocs and i happen to step on the nail. it went through my foot slightly and my foot hurts REALLY BAD.. but Ive gotten my teitness 3 years ago. Is it going to be OK... i don't want to go to the ER and them tell me just to keep my foot elevated for 3000 dollars

oh forgot to add that the top of my foot hurts and bottom...it went through were the toes are and my middle toe i can barely move it, I cant walk a have to walk in the long side of my foot and i cant step on it, its hurt that bad...i think it may have got some of the nerves to my middle toe. but i can wiggle the others.(slightly)

Este semana, me gustaría jugar al futbol con mi amigo cerca de mi casa porque sera rápida y divertida.

En vez de trabajar, mis padres me dan dinero porque estoy perezoso. Recibo tanto como quiero pero no pregunto mis padres para tanto. Gasto mi dinero en musica como CDs o en el internet. No me interesa la moda pero pienso es bueno para mi vestirme bien. No pienso mucho sobre la moda pero creo que los colores opuestos son de moda actualmente. Pienso que ropa de marca que es importante para otras personas sin embargo en mi opinion, no vale la pena. Pienso que las chicas les interesa más en la moda que los chicos porque veo a chicas comprando ropa sin emargo es posible que estoy incorrecto. Para salir llevo los vaqueros azules con una camiseta porque lo bueno es que es cómodas y se parece bastante guapos.

ok so i was in my garden with my sister and we were playing tennis, so then she was going to hit the ball really hard so it would go really far, but accidentally instead of hitting the ball she whacked my wrist hard :'(Immediately it went red and swollen and then were 2 little limps or bumps on my wrist where the tennis ball had hit. I have iced it all day and everything, but it's still swollen and the lumps are still there. So can you suggest what has happened ?????? I tried several sports but never really liked any of them as a child. My brother did the same and ended up playing tennis more of an individual sport . He did join the tenis team in college but again it is not a team like a baseball or soccer team is. I have never been on a team of any kind. I have been in clubs and organizations but not a team that working together.
How important is it to you that your child play a sport and be on a team and why?
Oh I forgot about swimming. I love/loved to swim and did it almost weekly as I lived in a warm climate near the beach. I did very briefly join a sailing team and we did a regada but not my thing.
Oh I forgot I did flag football one year in 6th grade so I have been on two teams.
